Daughters - Sussex and Somerset

In May 2016 we placed our mother’s care in the hands of Sue Perry.  We needed someone we could trust and who would manage the whole package for our mother.  We needed someone to play the role we would play, were it not for the geographical distance between our mother and us.  We cannot speak highly enough of Sue.

The services she and her helpers provide are the best we have experienced and are very ‘joined up’.  She is proactive and takes it upon herself to initiate what she feels is necessary for our mother’s wellbeing.  She seeks out incremental improvements to the set up at our mother’s home to keep her safe, comfortable and healthy.  Sue Perry sees my mother’s care in the whole, not just as 4 visits a day.  This is why we have confidence that our mother is as well looked after as if we were doing it ourselves.

There is genuine care and commitment to the client, as well as professionalism..

My mother, Elizabeth, is 81 and suffers from Alzheimers. She has been supported by Wishing Well Domestic Care for 2 years now. The level of care she receives from Sue’s team is second to none and allows her to live a very full life courtesy of helpers she considers as friends.

The service is extremely reliable and the ladies go more than the extra mile continually for her – we are so happy.

It is no exaggeration that she would be in a care home without the help given by the team and we are immensely pleased to be using Wishing Well Domestic Care for her.

Daughter - Bomere Heath

Sue and her team have been attending my 94 year old mother, who has early onset dementia, for just over a year.

Weekly visits include half an hour of DVD exercise which they follow on the TV, followed by tea and biscuits, followed by board games, dominoes, puzzles, etc.

Mum very much looks forward to their visits which have proved of huge benefit to her, helping to keep her physically and mentally active.

In addition to the benefit afforded to my mum, there is an enormous benefit to me as I feel happy and confident that mum is in good hands when I slip away for a couple of hours “me” time.

My recommendations for their caring support could not be more positive.

Thank you so much - Rob (Son)

As a review, I would say you could not find a better team of carers lead by Sue.

The care and affection they showed my father was awesome and he enjoyed every moment of your company. You made his last year as happy as it could be.

You looked after him and cared for him as though he was your own dad.I cannot thank you enough.

Hello just writing to say a big thank you for all the care you have all given to mum over the past 2 years.  My mother, Ann  (88), has been supported by Wishing Well Home Care after a fall at her home. Right from the first visit mum was very well looked after and was always put first. Over time we had to increase the number of visits required and the same level of care was given throughout. I would highly recommend Sue and her team to anyone needing care services.  Brian Taylor
